Mr. Medrano has extensive knowledge in both the FDCPA and California Rosenthal Act. Mr. Medrano has worked with several members of NARCA as well as other state and national associations involving legal collections. Through the years, Mr. Medrano has found a way to simplify the approach to legal collections that allows us to dovetail optimal results and compliance to the FDCPA.
