I am a founding member of the California Creditors Bar Association, have served on its Board of Directors for four years and have recently been elected its incoming president. I have spoken to numerous conferences and groups throughout the country on a variety of topics including Debtor and Consolidator Scams, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Legislative and Administrative Enforcement Agendas in the Credit Industry.
